I used this back in the early 2000's and it worked great. You had to have a knowledge of html to create the templates back then, but I assume it's better now. Back then it was also using Perl, not php. No idea what it requires now. That said, it worked quite nicely when I used it.

i have checked couple of premade scripts. cant say which one is more secure, guess i ll have to jump in and wait for getting hacked. or custom made is also an option.

update : so far i have found flynax classifieds, as per my requirements.

Very bad support with Flynax BTW ... here an ex client of that software and i would not touch it from a meter even with a stick . :1orglaugh

But if you can fix everything your self this could make a difference.

yes, i have read some bad reviews about support on WF, but i can fix minor issues, else i can hire developer if any major issue occures..

i think its better to get premade script instead of coding from scratch. maybe when project takes off then.
