I just took one domain off auto-renew at Name Cheap. Then logged out and logged back in;
The domain was still off auto-renew when I logged back in to recheck my change. I will check back before the expiration Jan 26, 2017 see if there is an issue. |
wow, never would have guessed this happened, or is it a bug? How long's this been going on & have others noticed this problem?

I already has a similar problem with a hosting company that gave me a huge headache
|
Is there an option for them to invoice you and let you pay via Paypal? That way you can review each domain before it is renewed. I removed the credit card from my account (and thus any way for them to automatically bill me) once Moniker went to shit.
|
Never had this problem. And I've let hundreds domain expire with them this year :)
