According to her Twitter, she was choked by Tony (with his hands I assume), had her head stomped on, and her hand is black and blue. Supposedly, she was yelling cut, but they would not stop. I'm no lawyer, but cut means stop, so does that make this rape?

I want to know why the person speaking, the person who set the shoot up, wondered if it was wrong to put Nikki in this kind of shoot.

yes, reading her twitter & the accounts from others, this sounds like this could be a rape situation as she said no & cut many times.

Good for them. The best thing they can do about this from a pr standpoint is to distance themselves from the production team.

These guys who like their sex a little too rough have serious women issues they need to get over. This isn't enough & Nikki has pledged that she is not stopping here. When she's home from her "birthday holiday" with friends, trying to get by without thinking too much about this whole drama, she's taking it further & the image Gary & I had designed by yuu is already being passed around to be used by many in social media!

Brazzers & no other company shall get away with extreme situations with models & everyone, whether in the office, at home, on the PC or on location in a shoot, shall always have "respect", "a choice" & "the right to say no".

Actually if you look at the pornstar rankings in Pornhub her profile rankings this month jumped and she is currently number 1. So probably word is out about this "scandal" and is gaining attention. Lets hope that if its true she was really abused the director gets screwed and not in a good way. Women regardless of the industry they work in deserve to be treated with respect and dignity just like any human does. Just my 2 cents.
