I don't think anybody would want to. But having the choice of when you want to go would be nice. Meaning beyond our regulated years.

cure of death is called "common sense" or "anti-stupidity" but who wants to live forever anyway... however if we would live close to nature in continous connection with basically the cradle of our lives, the natural matrix, after a certain amount of self-improvement people could easily manage to look young for at least 2-300 ages as there's already been written record of eastern monks who's been around for such long periods of time...
