A happy New Year and resolutions
Well, Christmas about done & dusted, all the stuffing's gone, half a Turkey breast left in the fridge. Bottles of empty bubbly, wrapping paper & boxes in the bins, half the chocolate ate, an extra few pounds on the ass & tum! Who's planning on New Year?
Have you or are you making plans for New Years eve? Meals, drinks, fireworks, home with family or out with friends... We're working all week after the huge meals, munching & drinking, looking forward to a night out on the town for New Year, maybe back by midnight to set off some fireworks or stay out for a local display & neither me or Gary have any resolutions apart swim a lot more to look after the cardio!
