Paxum - Can't transfer to card
Hey,
When trying to transfer to card I get this error: Service temporary restricted. Please try again later. Anybody having the same issue? Does anyone knows when the service will be available again? Happy New Year to everyone! |

At 230pm PST today she told me would be up 18 hours from then so Tuesday around 9am PST I guess

Three things that bother me with Paxum:
1. They never announce when something is NOT working. 2. Customer support is close to nonexistent. 3. Their site is slow and they should really re-design the UI. |

RuthB, just a suggestion. The frequency of the issues with Paxum, insofar as threads are concerned, could likely be mitigated with some proper communication. The lack of communication is not exactly reassuring.
That said, if the constant maintenance issues are this frequently unexpected, then perhaps it is time for ownership to improve infrastructure, with a focus on being proactive versus what appears to be reactive. |
Agreed, just add a waring box in the dashboard, saying maintenance in progress, should be restored by... A tech guy had to do something to block transfers from working, would have taking him 5 sec more to enable the warning box if he had one available...
