Any guitarists here on gfy?

Hey guys, i was wondering if there are any guitarists around and what kind of guitar do you play?

I currently own a Fender Squier Showmaster Electric guitar, a Fender Squier 5 string Bass guitar, a Fender Electro Acoustic guitar, an Aster Les Paul Copy and I have recently bought a Jackson JS 1X Rhoads Minion for some metal jamming ;)

I own a couple of guitars but I wouldn't say I was a player.

I have about 10 strats, and 2 custom built guitars. One of which is a master build by Jason Smith from the fender custom shop.

I started about 2 years ago. I connect my guitar to a Mac running Logic Pro X which gives me thousands of amp types, distortion pedals and other thingies, and play along to Heavy Metal music videos (drop-D). Fun and relaxing at the same time. \m/ !!

My guitar is a piece of shit, but I used it a few years ago in a few places here in this symphonic piece I made with an 88key fully weighted midi keyboard, using Komplete Native Instruments for the VST's..

wow, I didn't think there are so many of you here lol

I have a 80 watt Behringer Mixers & Amplifiers (all in one), i use to use it on gigs when playing bass, as it sounds absolutely amazing! Also, a behringer ultra metal um300 Distortion & Overdrive which i can't wait to try with the new Jackson guitar ;)

Logic has a nice set of stock plug-ins and effects, but for your use, dropping the money on GTR or Guitar Rig Pro will be a blast for you. Check them out if you don't already have them.

I own about 5 different ones + some other instruments, we used them in my former bar, as back ups for bands , or for recording:thumbsup

Got a room full of them.
I alternate between my old 1978 Les Paul Deluxe, my 2005 Custom Shop Jeff Beck Strat, Ibanez RG 2020 and my newly brought back to life Floyd Rose Redmond Series Model K.

Gathering dust is my old Ibanez RG 760, my 1984 "real" BC Rich Warlock, 1985 Charvel, and a couple of others I'm not thinking of at the moment.

I've also sold off a couple dozen or so guitars over the years.

And of course I still keep an acoustic around. Nothing fancy...I sold my Adamas Ovation last year, but I kept an old Yamaha electric/acoustic that I bought in Atlanta back in 1989.
It just plays so nice and sounds pretty damn good plugged in as well.

My rig has changed over the years...everything from Mesa Boogie, to Music Man, to Marshall Stacks, to a Bogner Ecstasy.
Currently I'm using the Line 6 Helix. It's incredible.

...why yes, I would like it very much if you gave me your '78 Les Paul Deluxe. Thanks in advance!

I'm a Fender telecaster junkie :) My all time favorite is the 72 custom...
