Mostly African Americans respond to my ads
 

I'm renting a room in my place and I live in a mostly all white neighborhood. Theirs almost no black people within a 20 mile radius of where I live. Almost every single person who responds to my ad is African American. Any thoughts why that is?

If not trolling this is very against the odds situation indeed.

Yeah I kicked her out. I was charging her $400 less if she agreed not to have guests. She wanted to move her boyfriend in at the same rate so I kicked her out. I raised my rate so I don't have to deal with the no guest thing anymore. People pay for beer and expect fine wine

AAs prefer not to live in proximity to ppl who look like them if its economically viable. Or the simple answer is you are not charging enough and getting the low hanging fruit on the renters spectrum.

That would explain why many AAs contact him, but does not explain why non AAs do not contact him, especially knowing it is only white town.

Remove .99 cent stores and KFC. They prefer Popeyes but at the end of the day chicken is chicken. :2 cents:

Remove no credit check as well. That's just advertising for people who might be problematic..

Post location, price and room details. No need for the other fluff..

Don't mean to sound rude, but what sort of neighbourhood do you live in that being located near a 99c store would be considered a positive?

Unless you're struggling to find a new roomie I don't see why you would openly offer to let people pay off their deposit, or mention credit checks. Let them negotiate that with you privately. Sounds like your ad is written to attract the wrong kind of people.
