Do you think it's OK, morally, to shoot porn at an AirBnB?

..without the knowledge of the owner?

Bladewire 01-08-2017 02:35 PM

Yes. People fuck @ AirBnB's, without the owners knowledge.

Saavy owners have ways of sniffing you out before, or during your stay and they'll ban you, report you & or sue you.

Lawsuit Claims That Acacia Mansion in California Rented on Airbnb Was Used for a Gay Porn Set

EddyTheDog 01-08-2017 02:37 PM

No - That's not cool...

ReggieDurango 01-08-2017 02:49 PM

If you rent your place out on Airbnb, you have to assume people will be fucking.
But yeah, FILMING it for the world to see might be a bit much...

EddyTheDog 01-08-2017 02:57 PM

Sorry Reggie - Back to the motels...

There's a big legal issue filming the inside of someone's home and publishing it for comercial purposes, not even considering the porn aspect. They also have a legal right to surveil you (security camera, hidden camera) while you're renting, and the nicer places that have been renting a while, do ;)

anthony78 01-08-2017 03:09 PM

Not a good idea ...

PornDiscounts-V 01-08-2017 03:23 PM

Might be good publicity

LetterTwenty7 01-08-2017 03:38 PM

Probably not, but it is stupid to ask the owners...

klinton 01-08-2017 03:43 PM

lol, are you for real ?

altmman 01-08-2017 03:49 PM

Morally as long as you're discreet about it and cover everything up and clean it all up then I think its ok.
But legally you can get sued for it if they find out. Especially if the owner knows that AirBnB will pay them out for it.

I would be up front about it ask if you could use the space for a video shoot and eventually you'll get someone who says its ok. So you have it on record that you were given permission.

In what state is home surveillance illegal?

As long as you don't record audio you're not breaking the wiretap law.

Are you saying that anyone with AirBnB legally has to have no home security? Are you for real?

Fuck yea I do it all the time. I'm even worse because I'll book a girl for a gangbang and make each dick pay me $100 for the privilege.

But I do clean up afterwards and I do pay for any damages or theft.

what's it matter what you do in the place you rent as long as you do not damage the property in anyway what so ever :2 cents:

No difference to renting a long stay apartment or a holiday villa, a hotel room, caravan, boat, trailer.

kmanrox 01-08-2017 05:40 PM

What are morals? Please explain. My head just exploded.

So ok to murder someone in the place you rent as long as you do not damage the property in anyway what so ever?

Of course I think filming in a place I rent is my right, it's my space I payed for. Just pointing out that some people renting to you think differently.

2MuchMark 01-08-2017 05:55 PM

Not cool to the owners who are renting it to you and trusting you with use of their property.

The cool thing to do is to just ask them. Most will say no, but some will allow it, or charge a little extra for it, which you know they deserve anyway.

We used to rent our house in Phoenix after we moved back to California, and the guy we rented it to shot porn. I know that's different because I work in the industry and god only knows how much we already shot in the house.

But one day I was surfing someone's site and came across pictures and I thought "Gee, that looks just like my kitchen". Sure enough a few pictures later it was my kitchen.

If you rent your house out via AirBNB or something similar, they can do what ever they want. Last vacation we went on we rented a condo and we fucked in every room.

freecartoonporn 01-08-2017 10:58 PM

fucking OK
Filming while fucking NOT OK
Ask for permissions

porn and sex and peeps who do either are intrinsically immoral so praying for your soul

Paul Markham 01-09-2017 01:37 AM

Depends on the terms of the rental.

SauvageAdultDesign 01-09-2017 01:41 AM

I remember when I was living in Berlin, there was an article in the local newspaper about Airbnb "horror stories" and one of them was a flat owner finding out his loft was almost exclusively used to shoot porn :1orglaugh

I can film my partner fucking where ever I want as long as it's not in public. I wouldn't murder someone even in my own home would I...

You can film a porn in your own bedroom, film it in a rented bedroom :2 cents:

Filming someone in a private room without telling them would be illegal here.

If someone actively rents their place, it's business.

If you're going to work in the sex industry you better have some balls.

Just the same; if a pimp pays his taxes, stays clear of the drugs and drug addicts and keeps a very low profile then the cops don't care.
