ccbill problem
 

For 3 days I've been trying to get a hold of them. Their chat is not working either.
is it me or is it everybody?

adminsupport at ccbill.com works fast or even:
escalate at ccbill.com

This is not good, I just tried to test the chat, but I am getting this message:

"Our operators are not available at the moment. Please leave a message and we will contact you soon."

Well the problem is also that you cannot leave a message.

'[email protected]'
'[email protected]'

no response.

LOL try a phone?

Strange, always got a fast reply from their support email.

Did you get any response by now?

Try using a other email address to send them a support request.

just checked
support email "CCBill Account Support" <[email protected]>
works perfectly without any problems.

I received a customer login problem email from them yesterday from [email protected] and they replied fine
