...that the Iraq forces in the North consist of around 10 Regular Army Divisions and one Republican Guard Brigade.

The major portion of Baghdad is still not under US control. The city of Tikrit (a major city) still has to be taken and is currently being softened up. There are other smaller cities that still have to be taken. The outcome is predictable but the shooting and killing is still not over.

We need to ship in some evangelicals so now that they have a proper government, we can get them to worship a proper God.
