The site is making on average $25/day running exoclick ads. I know pimpstar and he got scammed, even when he said he would take action on him he got an email saying: fuck you.

Pimstar is a scammer he tried to chargeback when website was sold, he got screwed in the end but thanks for your concerns, to those who have emailed me with the same question, the server cost is only $30/month :)

I wouldn't say ban him unless you have more information that isn't in this threat.. but definitely do your due diligence and use an ESCROW COMPANY for the transaction if someone decides to buy.
