When will the US realise there's something besides fantasy, Comic Heroes, and make believe? Sick to death of series that have nothing real about them.

Are you listing those as fantasy/comic series, or ar you listing those as good exceptions?

I read the synopsis but so far I don't see what's so "taboo" about taboo - incest and colonialism have been explored many other times before...who's watched the 1st ep and what are your thoughts?

Funny how different people operate differently.
For me, I did not even think about what is taboo there, title is/was absolutely irrelevant.
Nothing would change for me if they titled it "Tv series number 356" or whatever.
