Hardware question for editting 4k video
Expending into a new area of business some of which will require I edit video I shot in 4k. Most of it may be used on the web and some may make it to "commercial TV".
My first question is if my main PC can do the work until this proves out and I replace it.
As for my video out I need a new 4k monitor as well as a new video card as mine now supports 2k only. The card is easy as long as the PC can do what needs to be done.
Windows 10 pro, 64 bit, intel core i7-26000k cpu @ 3.4ghz with 16 gig ram.
I know it is an old PC, but does it have the horsepower needed to work well with Adobe Premier Pro CS6 in 4k?
