How come every person I meet from these area of the world are cool as fuck and badass? Every single goddam time I meet someone from these countries (and others) I get along great and there are ZERO problems! Since grade school, I've gotten a long with every single one of these guys and/or girls. People from these countries, the ones that I've been, are always so goddamn cool!

there are good and interesting people in every nation. There are horrible and evil people in every nation. This is not news anywhere. If 'all the people' you meet from a specific area are 'cool' people then quite simply you haven't known enough of them to see both sides.
