US Supreme court says Alabama guilty of racial gerrmandering
 

Republicans have been gerrymandering the fuck out of this country and they just suffered a major blow. The Supreme court has ruled the Republican party in AL, violated their constituents rights by gerrymandering voting districts to put as many blacks in as few districts as possible. They drew the lines based on racial profiles to lesson the effect those voters could have in other more "white" districts.

Once again Republicans think Democracy is only good if they can cheat their way to a win.. The lines in AL will be redrawn and we will see where that state ends up in the next election..

I just cant believe it.

Minimizing individual votes and rights is the only thing Republicans can do to win. The majority always votes Democrat and gerrymandering is a way of cheating that will soon be illegal as previously adjudicated in lower courts, this will goto the supreme court soon and be outlawed nationwide.
