I want to start a content business. Any advice on how to find clients and hire writers?

I'm interested in starting a business doing social media posts, email newsletters for clients. But I don't want to do the actual writing myself. I want to just put it together and manage it all.

Any advice on how to get started? I dont have any writers yet and I dont have any clients yet, whats the first step?

First step is to print business cards. Dont forget to add "CEO" below your name. Then lease a BMW and start visualising customers contacting you while driving around.
