2) According to your logic, when Trump fills those positions, they automatically become beurocrats (part of the system) So Trump is part of the system, maintaining the system he promised to destroy.

As for the UN, it's an outdated talking shop.

On NATO he wants other countries to contribute a fairer share of the costs. Which means you pay less. What's bad about that?
