Annual cost of illegals crossing border
Costing USA for annual illegals.. $100 billion a year
Building a the wall will cost.. $13 billion a year (even if we pay for it so we don't damage existing relationship with mexico which could reduce our trade deficit from $58 billion) Existing border security costs $12 billion a year (My estimate for maintaining the new "wall" should be $12 billion a year as it shouldnt be more than the current border costs but thats worst case..another 12 billion yearly..so $24 billion a year maintenance cost on this new wall + one time fee of 13 billion a year.) if it will reduce that $100 billion a year to..lets say, even at $50 billion a year minimum (worst case i hope). The wall will pay for itself easily while not hurting the $58 billion trade deficit between Mexico and US Then its a better deal and reduce to future bad eggs from hatching and any ripple effects that illegals cost us tax payers/ families ex: illegals - theft, murder, accidents, medical expenses.. So my verdict on this is. STOP insulting mexico (because they will not pay for it) so our trade deficit with them will stay same at $58 billion Just have tax payers pay a one time fee of $13 billion + $24 billion annual fee (worst case) Reduce the illegals costing the US from $100 billion to $50 billion (hoping). They need to research how much these border' megawalls" save countries first to validate idea |
Yea the problem is they come across and have like 15 kids as well

Obviously you didn't figure in the profit for those who hire them.
The rich could give two shits about the cost to taxpayers, all that matters is how much they profit from using them |

People like me do, to move shit The point is THEY ARE FUCKING ILLEGAL...they should not be here PERIOD. Now build that damn wall! |

You all do realize that the multi billion wall is a 2 min deterrent for somebody with a rope ladder right?
|
Op should be more concerned with the wasteful trillions spent on bloated military contracts and wars

first, it was the US that did most of the destruction to those countries, rebuilding is part of the mission & you say blood sucking countries, you donīt think the US borrow from countries at dirt cheap rates, especially from China & Japan :2 cents: |

Under Bush (41st) we should have took the horn and kept presence in Somalia.. hence Clinton won the election / we were ran out of the Mog and Somalia is no better than what is was. (Great men died in that battle) -- Somalia is on the terrorist list. Dirt cheep rates of China and Japan. What happened to "Made in the USA" ? Why is everything outsourced ? I am sure Mexico is not too happy with Trump- oh fucking well- America First ! Wait until Trump unleashes on Canada where most illegals cross that boarder. |
A head of lettuce will cost $2.50.
Thanks Trump |

fussing about the costs of illegal immigration in today's america is like complaining that a crackhead compulsive gambler doesn't buy the cereal that's on sale |

Just asking. :thumbsup And to put that expenditure into perspective (if the data is vaild) Joseph Stiglitz, former chief economist of the World Bank and winner of the Nobel Prize in Economics, and Linda Bilmes of Harvard University, have stated the total costs of the Iraq War on the US economy will be three trillion dollars in a moderate scenario, described in their book The Three Trillion Dollar War and possibly more in the most recent published study, published in March 2008.[10] Stiglitz has stated: "The figure we arrive at is more than $3 trillion. Our calculations are based on conservative assumptions...Needless to say, this number represents the cost only to the United States. It does not reflect the enormous cost to the rest of the world, or to Iraq."[10] A 2013 updated study[11] pointed out that U.S. medical and disability claims for veterans after a decade of war had risen to $134.7 billion from $33 billion two years earlier. |

the trumpets do not really care about the economy they just want to be bigots...any reason to "big" is good enough for them...the invasion budget could grow 100x and you would not hear a single bitch from them...3trillion on a fake war is no problem at all as long as they get to deport somebody or make others miserable... |

Most of the Hop farms in existence are staffed by H2(Government program that allows dual citizenship for crop pickers) Mexican and Jamaican migrants brought in to pick crops - including the farms most craft beer makers buy from Note that this is what most of the complainers call illegals....but in reality we both know that they are really here under guidance and laws that allow them in...for some reason some people think that this is "illegals" but without them the farm economy would collapse I thought you lived in Calif....I know when I lived out there just about every fruit, vegetable and nut farm..including the wineries, employed migrants from Mexico |

Try sticking with reality. There are laws set up that allow migrant farm workers. |

The H-2A problem: Why a perfectly legal farmworker visa program isn't being used more I don't expect you to click the link and read so I'll paraphrase: the H-2A visa program has long delays and flaws, this is why farmers are forced to often use illegal workers to survive. |

Sorry to hear about your tragic story of the wars. Most upsetting :Oh crap |

Of course it's not info that craft brewers want to use to make a point as they usually buy their hops from the same farms ?? |

But you bring up a valid point - the amount of money we've spent on multiple wars in the past twenty years is staggering.... And the costs will continue to go up. |

Early American settlers attempted to co-exist with the injuns, but they were basically wild animals and tried to kill everyone. Thus they had to be cleared out. Nowadays native Americans do nothing but bitch and moan. They should be thanking us for advancing their people forward literally THOUSANDS of years in human development. |

The real cost of illegal immigration - Washington Times Even legal migration has a huge cost to a Nation if not controlled. You must see that in the UK. |
Quote:
yes yes you guys just wiped out 150million of them and you think you did them a favor...so if somebody busts in to your house and tries to live "peacefully" and you object, then you are fair game to be killed off?...but at the same time americans complain about refugees ooooooh LOL :1orglaugh:1orglaugh:1orglaugh |

Then choosing the Washington Times as a second source basically totally ruined any chance of a unbiased source Sorry - two strikes :thumbsup |
By the way - if you want real numbers - it's not going to happen as everyone that tries lumps legal and illegal immigrants together...
Here's a good source to debunk most of what you're claiming that's been around for a few years cost-of-illegal-immigrants Net cost is maybe around $1 billion or so...but that doesn't take into account the lower cost of agriculture, produce and beer/tequila for US citizens that the cheap labor generates - so overall cost is probably negative and a benefit to the US - at least to people who eat, drink or use tobacco |
|
Yeah, an illegal took your menial labor job?
Illegal (undocumented workers) are a problem world wide. Make idiotic demands on Mexico to pay for a fucking wall. Then fuck the USA consumer by raising tariffs to shut the crybaby *red hats* up? |
Step one: Start building a wall.
Step two: Enforce laws about hiring undocumented workers. |
