The US Government is not honoring visas issued PRIOR to this Executive Order.
No ex post facto Laws Executive orders have the full force of law when they take authority from a legislative power which grants its power directly to the Executive by the Constitution, or are made pursuant to Acts of Congress that explicitly delegate to the President some degree of discretionary power (delegated legislation). The Federal Court will rule on this and it may be appealed. They may let it stand on all visa applications made AFTER the EO's date issued. |
"Lawyers for two Iraqis with ties to the US military who had been granted visas to enter the United States have filed a lawsuit against President Donald Trump and the US government after they were detained when they arrived in New York Friday."
I read in another news report they were both translators helping our military in Iraq. So help America in war & be promised acceptance in America then come and be denied. This is why the CIA is anti Trump. This shows all their informants and allies worldwide that we can instantly break promises to them & our word means nothing, no honor. Trump is a fool. |
We the taxpayers pay the government's legal bill ...
|
What bilateral agreement is that
|
Trump must be planning to dump the Iraqis as allies.
At the end of the Vietnam war we accepted Vietnamese USA 'collaborators' -- that worked out OK. We accepted Hmong Tribesmen too. |
This is about unilateral USA immigration policy and law.
Schengen is not changed |
One of them has been released due to illegal detention, now he's on national television speaking out. Bad press for Trump and totally avoidable by them if they implemented change in a sensible fair manner.
He's talks about how helped the military in Iraq and now is denied promised entry to America for his services. |
Duplicitous Trump

PS oh and the constitution only applies to US CITIZENS, for the 1000000th time |

Thomas Jefferson Law Review 25: 367 - 388. The Constitution does distinguish in some respects b etween the rights of citizens and noncitizens: the right not to be discriminatorily denied the vote and the right to run for federal elective office are expressly restricted to citizens.12 All other rights, how - ever, are written without such a limitation. The Fifth and Fourteenth Amendment due process and equal protection guarantees extend to all "persons." The rights attaching to criminal trials, including the right to a public trial, a trial by jury, the assistance of a lawyer, and the right to confront adverse witnesses, all apply to "the accused." And both the First Amendment's protections of political and religious freedoms and the Fourth Amendment's protection of privacy and liberty apply to "the people." read it and than tell me that this are fake news. go to school again and learn what the basic idea of that cosntituition was and to WHO obligations AND RIGHTS appear to. greetings thommy |

For immigration there are some exceptions - but the laws covering that can only be made by the Congress...The president has no way of enforcing any laws he makes up on the spot...Separation of Power is the cornerstone of our republic |

So... Your new badge is the mark of not knowing what's going on around you. You're the guy that went for a midnight skinny dip not realizing the water is filled with piranhas. |

and now they have a president who donīt know them either - because if he would know and understand them he would not sign such a robbish what is not only silly it is a betray on the same constitution he pretend to protect. greetings thommy |
