Offline Advertising??

Looking for your guys thoughts on offline advertising, I have spent loads on per per click SE's and normal SE submissions. I have brought traffic from other sources like http://marketing.ucumseeme.com/ so where else should I advertise??

The thought of offline advertising appeals to me as more and more people have internet in there homes, i'm trying to promote my penis enlargement site and just want to know what offline advertising do you guys do if any and how well does it work?

Any anybody else has any good online advertising idea I would like to here also, that would suit penis enlargement

Thanks

penis-enlargement 04-10-2003 12:25 PM

best results so far have come from pay per click SE's like findwhat etc... but I want to know

a) if you do advertise offline how well does it work and what do you do

b) if you dont how come?

Thanks

by offline advertising you mean magazines etc? because i would wonder, would people be apt to sit down at their computers and type it in? most of the mag. ads i've looked at plug 1-800 numbers. but i dunno?

well this is what im trying to work out... looking for people that do advertise offline (yeah mags and stuff) to give us there results

offline advertising is so hard to quantitatively measure...most of it would be type in traffic...i think there could be room for a directory type site to do well...such as Cybersocket...as their readers are targeted for their magazine...i have looked into it in the past, but since it is hard to track results, i am hesitant to launch a campaign which could just end up bombing....with that being said, i think that there must be some way to tap the huge potential of offline readers.

You could measure traffic by domain? Maybe a cname dns entry to your site.

sticking flyers on car windshields is very effective

What I've seen done is that advertisers list their website as: http://www.mysitehere.com/?=MaxMag (if they're advertising in MaxMag).

Why not setup 1 domain which is for JUST offline advertising....

It works for some businesses, I don't know about porn. I've once had one of the largest Dutch computer magazines (ComputerTotaal) list a 7 page review of Cygwin (collection of unix development tools for windows) cd-rom I used to sell. With not only a link to cygwin.com but also a link to my lil online shop.

Even though the package was available for free from cygwin.com (~300mb), I did manage to get about 500 extra hits during the month the mag was out. And they were MAD targeted. I mean almost 50% or so bought a CD.

Oh and same goes for internet service companies, like webhosting, webdesign, just walking up to a company and giving them a business card does wonders.

Bathroom advertising...

No joke. There are tons of companies out there that have advertising space in washrooms. You can't beat that audience, you have their entire undivided attention.

You should do quite well with that, especially penis pills.

LOL

Stick this above the urinal:
"Bad aim? Irrigating the entire washroom? After using our penis enlargement pills you'll be able to dangle your new improved shlong right in there, and piss where it's most effective, even when drunk. Just dunk it in there and let nature take its course! No more mopping up afterwards!"
