Some of you know me, some of don?t ? over the years have known me as head of Huge Ape for the past 10 years and also helped a number of industry leaders and company owners grow and scale.

I?m happy to announce that I?ve aligned with ATKingdom (ATK).

If you aren?t familiar with ATK it?s one of the most recognizable names in adult, founded in 1997 and is one of the early pioneers of porn online. As one of the early web companies, the history is rich and well recognized by both consumers and those within the business (numerous awards and accolades). There are producers who posted in that thread who still haven't got paid in full, and some have given up hope of ever getting what is owed them. If you look hard enough you'll find other threads from 2013 and earlier about ATK owner, Kim Nielsen's, dislike of paying people--one of those is referenced in the above thread--so it's a perennial problem.

What's up catman aka moblog marco! I know you mean well here, so thanks. I know the history of the company, of course I took that into full consideration.

As you (through mutual acquaintances Tracey and a few others) and many others know, I'm not one to shy away from the fire AND I believe in proactive resolution. I also believe in doing what's right :thumbsup I've prided myself in having a solid reputation in the industry and outside of board shenanigans, being a professional. If there is any question or concern I welcome them and have always addressed situations head-on.

Regarding payments to shooters, I've reached out to some of those individuals in the threads already, and put the word out to my network to have anyone with questions to contact me. I can't speak for the past, but I can work to bring resolutions to any prior concerns or address them.

Historically payments to affiliates and partners have always been on time and even to this day (yes, I've analyzed the actual sales data) the program has some solid numbers coming from that channel - I believe we can do more and will do more, especially with the products we have to offer....

If I didn't feel this company has so much to offer and so much potential, we would not be working together. Again if anyone has any concerns or wants/needs to contact me please do...

You will also find posts from producers such as myself who have been paid in full. Yes, there were some delayed payments but I didn't ever have to chase Kim for my money. I've had a number of great clients over the years and ATK is high on that list.

Your positive attitude is admirable, and I do wish you the best of luck. But the fact is that over the last several years Kim Nielsen has left a trail of unpaid and disillusioned producers and employees--though you might hear from the occasional person lucky enough to have finally gotten paid in full.

There will be warning signs--you should heed them.

Moblog long ago, I know you like I know most people - but have operated behind the scenes at most companies/clients on the business side. GFY, the occasional post and rant. Moblog was long ago and we conversed on there also. One time you pissed me off, but nothing more.

Re: unpaid producers/employees - as stated, I'm an open book and welcome the inquiries, resolution and closure is important to me personally, especially for a company and brand I'm representing.

I'm intrigued... how did I piss you off? Was I a dick to you? It's possible... as I remember, Mobog was full of trolls, and would give GFY a run for its money in the trolling department... though I remember posting lots of BTS photos from shoots rather than trolling. The first time I heard the "global warming is a hoax" line was on Mobog... made me laugh then, and still makes me laugh.

I will email you regarding the last payment I received from ATK... if you make it right, I will be more than happy to post in this thread that you did so.

These issues should have been addressed sooner, regardless of circumstance and or amount owed, it really should have never came to this point for anyone.
