House moves to allow oil drilling in National Parks.. Any Trumplicans care to justify this?

In today's example of what Trumplicans do for the people. They are now advancing plans to let oil/gas companies to drill on national park lands with no accountability to the National Park Service... Yesterday I showed how they were working to sell of 3.3 million acres of BLM land..

Let's here it for Big Business America, the only people Republican's work for!!!

BTW before any of the simpletons rage about "but we should drill more oils".. The National Park Service already works with oil/gas companies to allow drilling on National Park Land. What Republicans are trying to do is take away any ability of the NPS to have a say in where they can drill or what they can do on the property, much less have any authority if a spill happens. Republicans just want to give oil companies free reign on the land to do what they want..

Meaning, the oil companies could just drill anywhere in a park they wanted, with out asking first, they could build roads through the parks with no prior planning from the park services and if they damage or destroy the land, the park service has no way to do anything about it. (ie can't fine them for fucking shit up)

Notice how time and time again Republicans fight to allow big business to be unaccountable for their actions?

You really think your boy is going to pay off that debt? He doesn't even pay his own debts. And as the debt at the very least doubles under his 2 terms, who you going to solely blame it on next?

Wind and Solar Are Crushing Fossil Fuels

Solar Employs More People In U.S. Electricity Generation Than Oil, Coal And Gas Combined

Why Solar and Wind Are Thriving Despite Cheap Fossil Fuels

Get it, yet?

How is this even possible?

He'll never get it that's why I blocked him months ago. He has serious comprehension and compulsive issues.

Just the tip of the iceberg. Trump is going allow big business to rape the resources of this country with little to non of the money going to the american people

Any oil will be sold on the open market to foreign customers which benefits only the companies

kane 02-01-2017 06:31 PM

Oil is the fuel of the past. Not only should national parks be off limits, we shouldn't be drilling for shit. We should be working on developing more clean, renewable energy.

thats nice idealism. but in the present day real world, oil remains king, cheapest & most abundant by far.

the elon musks are working on it. but obviously the tech is not there yet. the battery tech is not there. brazils sugar cane model is nice for a state, but not 50 of them with diverse climates.

:2 cents:

I agree we aren't there yet, but if we took the resources we were going to spend opening new oil fields and coal mines on battery technology research and general renewable energy resource we could get there a lot faster.

Sadly, there is just too much money and influence in the gas/oil/coal industry for that to happen right now, at least under our current administration.

Neither the Democrats or Republicans are on your side. They're both in the pockets of big business.

Saying that this is despicable, Nature is in a losing fight and the Earth relies on Nature so we can survive.
