FEEDBACK WANTED - NATS Features, Functionality and more - STEP INSIDE

Hello everyone,

I am gathering feedback for our NATS software as we hunker down for the next version of NATS to be completed.

I know there are features and functionality "wishlists" some would like discussed and reviewed for the future versions as we move forward. I have spoken to some people privately already, and would love to get feedback from affiliates, program owners and others who have constructive feedback. This can also be helpful as many times we come across users of NATS who aren't aware of some capabilities that may already exist.

----------What tools/features would you see as useful to add in NATS to help you with the management of your program?

----------What do you think would help your revenue growth?

----------Are there features you have come across that you believe would make you more successful? What are they?

I'm sure there may be some outrageous suggestions, but let's try to keep this realistic too.

You can post them here or shoot me an email and we can chat privately. I am gathering as much feedback as I can from industry folks so we can speak internally and evaluate the suggestions to bring to market.

Ready. Set. Go....

tell clients hiding the notification settings for affiliates puts their program into a bad untrustworthy light, by not allowing affiliates to have the ability to be informed immediately of sales, rebills, cancellations, charge backs etc etc

Hey babeterminal. I understand, but have you ever reached out to the program(s) directly and established a relationship or asked them to turn this feature on?

It may honestly be that they have just not activated it. You'd be surprised at features and functionality that not everyone is taking advantage of.

NATS needs a button in the affiliate webmaster area to report stolen content and a button in the sponsor admin to kill all sites reported by affiliates.

That means that NATS needs a full time lawyer/staff devoted to content take downs or the game is really over.

Disclaimer : Game may already be over but it may be worth a try.

I'd like NATS sponsors to offer banners that update automatically with new offers. The programs I see with this function are not using NATS. Its great to have a weekly changing banner featuring new models or content. It is usually being done with iframes or something similar.

You may have it already but if so I have not found programs using it.

That has nothing to with NATS.
Tell your sponsor to make a iframe ad and keep it updated.

NATS has nothing to do with this either.

Yeah I know, but that's why everybody is too broke to buy nats.

:2 cents:

Too broke to buy NATS? I don't see that as the case at all. First, it's inexpensive for a platform that handles your business management. Second, we are experiencing growth in clients, not reduction. Not sure where your information comes from, but in no way is "everybody" too broke to buy NATS.

Any other feedback regarding features and things we CAN control to improve NATS for our clients?
