I am no lawyer or expert , and I really could not say which way it will go ....

But it is going to be a biggly decision !

Been "watching" for a bit now. Experts are all over the place on this, will be interesting.

I have to say, more needless drama and bullshit from Trump. Going in and doing shit you've never done without research gets this results. Also, lies everyday that are easily proven false, everday. Banana republic

The decision will be a 2/1 either way-- hard to say.
Or, unanimous to scale back the TRO to apply to the more affected persons perhaps ...
Decision expected tomorrow or Thursday?

Let's hope they keep dragging it out to let the determined good guys in. Watching footage of all these families being reunited is heartbreaking, and all for Trump to show "he's in charge". Imagine what else he's gonna do upending people's lives... war on porn? So far he's shown he's happy to fuck with the easy targets, the little people, to show he has power.

They will decide on the TRO appeal status quickly. On the complaint in the Federal District Court -- in a few weeks seems the intent ... Then the Appeals.

Banning people who belong to a religion that's actively killing others of that religion and Westerners. Is sensible. But it's not PC, so no guesses what will happen.

If you listened to the pleadings on the TRO stay -- the law and precedental case law make exclusion of visas based on religion illegal and unconstitutional in the USA. You can do whatever is legal where you are but in the USA we have our laws.

The Establishment Clause of the US Constitution. Executive orders and statutory laws have to be constitutional -- that is the pleading to be adjudicated -- the immediate issue. **

The State of Washington joined by the State of Minnesota, et al. are the plaintiffs. The Court indicated they had standing. This lawsuit is not a complaint by non citizen immigrants or refugees whose standing to sue might be iffy.
