Donald Trump gives Steve Bannon a seat at the NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL

Donald Trump gives Steve Bannon a seat at the NATIONAL SECURITY COUNCIL WHAT THE FUCK!

Questions multiply over Steve Bannonā??s role in Trump administration | The Independent

Quote:

President Trump?s elevation of his chief political strategist to a major role in national security policy, and a White House order banning refugees from certain Muslim-majority countries from US entry, appeared to come together as cause and effect over the weekend.

Stephen K Bannon ? whose nationalist convictions and hardline oppositional view of globalism have long guided Trump ? was directly involved in shaping the immigration mandate, according to several people familiar with the drafting who requested anonymity because they were not authorised to speak publicly.

The order, which has ignited sweeping domestic and international backlash, came without the formal input of Trump?s National Security Council, the committee of top national security aides designed to ensure the President examines all policy issues from different perspectives.

Old news.

.

sarettah 02-07-2017 09:57 AM

That was issued on Jan 28, not this past weekend but last weekend.

It also isn't as big of a deal as they are making it out to be.

https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/United...curity_Council

From Wikipedia:
Quote:

The White House National Security Council (NSC) is the principal forum used by the President of the United States for consideration of national security and foreign policy matters with senior national security advisors and Cabinet officials

..........................................

The National Security Council is chaired by the President. Its members are the Vice President (statutory), the Secretary of State (statutory), the Secretary of Defense (statutory), the Secretary of Energy (statutory), the National Security Advisor (non-statutory), and the Secretary of the Treasury (non-statutory).

The Chairman of the Joint Chiefs of Staff is the statutory military advisor to the Council, the Director of National Intelligence is the statutory intelligence advisor, and the Director of National Drug Control Policy is the statutory drug control policy advisor. The Chief of Staff to the President, Counsel to the President, and the Assistant to the President for Economic Policy are also regularly invited to attend NSC meetings. The Attorney General, the Director of the Office of Management and Budget and The Director of the Central Intelligence Agency are invited to attend meetings pertaining to their responsibilities. The heads of other executive departments and agencies, as well as other senior officials, are invited to attend meetings of the NSC when appropriate.

So, the President is free to structure the NSC within those confines. If the powers that be did NOT want white house staff at the meetings it would be in the law and it is not.

And no, I am not a Trump fan or a Bannon fan. I am a "TRUTH" fan. I hate the bullshit on both sides.

Trump got HUGE pushback when this happened and this is when congress and the media first realized who was actually pulling the string controlling Trump, other than Putin.

Since this happened the media's been on Bannons tail and some fellow republican members of congress have been working to push Bannon out.

They're saying Trump didn't realize what he was signing and the power that position holds.

You are right. This isn't nearly as big of a deal as they are making it out to be. It's much, much bigger.

Here are some of his quotes....

"Fear is a good thing. Fear is going to lead you to take action." ? Richmond-Times Dispatch

"I?m a Leninist ... Lenin wanted to destroy the state, and that?s my goal too. I want to bring everything crashing down, and destroy all of today?s establishment." ? The Daily Beast

?We think of ourselves as virulently anti-establishment, particularly ?anti-? the permanent political class. We say Paul Ryan was grown in a petri dish at the Heritage Foundation." ? The Washington Post

He is a mad man. This explains why we have pissed off all of our allies plus Iran.

well i think the point is not that bannon have now a nsc-job the real point is that bannon is fired as the head strategist from the trump team.
WHY? is his work already done after 3 weeks ? was he "too good" for this job?
all reps here roared that he is the right guy - why do they not roar when the "right guy" gets fired ?

greetings
thommy

So Rosie Odonnel is likely to play Steve Bannon on SNL. They do look a lot alike! :1orglaugh

Rosie O'Donnell says she's open to playing Steve Bannon on 'SNL'

Responding to suggestions that she should portray Bannon on "SNL," O'Donnell tweeted: "I am here to serve - alec has trump - melissa has spice - i would need a few days to prepare - so if called - i will be ready."

Rosie O'Donnell, a longtime foe of President Donald Trump, says she'd be up for playing his chief strategist, Steve Bannon, on "Saturday Night Live."

The comedian tweeted that she's "available" to satirize Trump's influential adviser following a scorching performance on "SNL" by Melissa McCarthy as an angry, gum-chomping White House press secretary Sean Spicer.

I don't think he has. I think Thommy is misinterpreting the NSC role as being a new job rather than what it is which is that the Chief of Staff now has a seat at the table.

Would definitely love to see that.

Hey Mark, a little off topic here but I figured you were too busy digging up shit on Trump to notice this:

BLM Canada has officially declared SJW queen Justin Trudeau a "white supremacist terrorist."

Only ones questioning this are the usual mainstream media propaganda rags to create fake drama, continuing the brainwashing of their followers.

Mission accomplished since their brainwashing made you start a thread.

You're cute, not very smart though. You don't get the American dynamic of leftists, BLM (old & new) or racists. If you lived here and interacted with these people you might understand but all your info is random online not real life friendships or American experience.

I thought I knew sit about Australia & the people but knew nothing compared to when I lived there 5 years straight without going back to America.

the concept of 'racism' is completely detached from where you live, what friendships you have or what breakfast you have, genius :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

white libster cucks think all white males are 'privileged' (racist & sexist) and feel that they need to treat black people different (racist)

BLM hates white people in general (racist)

Well, I misstated when I said Bannon was Chief of staff, that is, and has been Priebus.

Bannon is and has been Chief Strategist and senior counselor.

I get confused sometimes, ya know?

Anyway, I have not heard of any changes to all that. If you know of a change coming please link to it.

Thanks in advance.

Nope! You make yourself look foolish sorry, you don't know the intricacies of what you're throwing out, or the current lack of cultural status of BLM. You also equate democrats with European far left liberals, which they arent, those are Bernie & Stein voters. You're cute, but you don't pay attention and adapt.
