what crime. I was an innocent bystander trying to cross the road or remove the protestors off the road peacefully so no one would get hurt

or standing on the sidewalk obeying the law and took out a criminal using a deadly weapon (car) to kill and injure. The driver my not be subject to civil, but it's still a crime

So far I don't believe any of the drivers that have done so so far have been charged with any crime period. Not even so much as a ticket. One in STL the cop was sitting across the street watching it (most likely laughing his ass off)

I'm not sure how long I will stay here. When my oldest goes into the military (less than 2 years) I may move some place tropical and warmer. I had to get closer to my parents. They're getting older, and I wanted to spend more time with them. It's a nice quiet place to raise a family too.

I work at a DG between the Winona Motel and the Eastwood Inn. A guy dropped a bag of meth by the register tonight. I will bet he is tearing his room apart right now looking for it.
