New app for smartphone, Android and other devices claims to provide a locked video experience to end shaming and gaming by vengeful exs.
APP requires two phones to use. 2 keys. If one key is deleted the video becomes locked.
Developer says the videos never hit their servers and your personal data is unknown to them.
