In response to the OP, then he needs to become more self disciplined and put more balance into his life. I don't think looking at a lot of porn is harmful, it won't damage your health (apart from maybe eyestrain), but if he is spending too much time on it and neglecting other important tasks then he needs to change. He needs to look after his health and write himself a daily timetable of what he should be doing and try and stick to it.
