To a certain point the White House does in fact pick and choose which reporters are in the White House. I am pretty certain there are more reporters asking for access and press credentials than there is room. However, you cannot kick out one of the biggest news networks and replace it with something like Breitbart.

Breitbart has no right at all being in the White House.

Trump doesn't like what the majority of the news companies are putting out there as news. Well, that's too bad. The press does not answer to the President. In fact, it's just the opposite. The President answers to the press.
