How does it work? Does it blow you automatically or you have to use hands and fuck it like the fleshlight, spankadoo and the other such things on the market?

It works automatically. The reason it works is because it plugs into a wall outlet while you use it so its powerful enough to get the job done. We built it like a kitchen appliance instead of a "novelty".
