The Earth will be dominated by:

Obese, black, Chinese people, all living indoors.

1) Obesity will be the new norm. (We're already 68% in the US)
2) Black skin is the dominant pigment among humans.
3) Chinese are the largest population on the planet and growing.
4) People can only survive living indoors due to the climate of the planet.

Some corrections:

1-If obesity tends to propagate in western countries, USA are, by far, the most affected due to junk food and lack of exercise. Life expectancy is stagnating and even shortening in America while it is increasing in most developed countries.

2-India will be very soon the largest populated country of the planet.

3-Not sure if the planet will still be habitable in 10,000 years...
