Everyday I see someone post that "so and so" isn't returning their emails

What the fuck people? Why are people SO BAD at communicating?

I heard something that changed my view a month ago. A guy at a forum said, that you absolutely do not want to have your own product. Instead you should work as an affiliate. So you don't have to run a business with customer support. Which eats all your margins and time.
