its' because wikileaks is a known tool used by russia for propaganda purposes. Why are there no russian leaks ever? they are only ever from western nations.

Yeah was thinking about the same, somehow fishy that only the western nations got leaked, possible reasons:
1) there is nothing to leak from the Russian side (they don't know how to properly hack etc which I doubt)
2) there are no whistleblowers there
3) wikileaks is truly a propaganda tool as you mentioned..
