Felted 3 players on my FIRST hand at poker tonight
I buy in for $250 at 1-2 no limit hold 'em
I get one jack then the dealer gives me a second card and it's a 4 as she accidentally turns it over. It gets burned and my next card is another jack! This is my first hand. Everyone is limping and then comes over to me at the cutoff and I pop it $15...I get a call, call and call, let's see a flop. Flop comes 10 10 Jack :1orglaugh:1orglaugh Bet of like $30, call, call and then I pop it to $75...I get a call, call and call wtf? :1orglaugh:1orglaugh The turn is an 8 of diamonds and that makes it two diamonds on the board with 10, 10 and jack. I know someone obviously has to have a 10 maybe ace 10, maybe a couple of draws. Bet of $50, call and call and I pop it all in with call, call, call...:1orglaugh:1orglaugh a brick on the river and Johnny clips ends up with a cool $1,000:thumbsup |
clips power!

if any cards are known before the hand it effects how others play the hand. The following circumstances cause a misdeal, provided attention is called to the error before two players have acted on their hands. The first or second card of the hand has been dealt faceup or exposed through dealer error. Poker Rules - Misdeals | PokerZone |

I was at the cutoff, meaning I was the 2nd to last person to be dealt....I ended up getting my first card and it was a jack...the dealer tossed me my second card, a 4 and it was turned over, so it was the burn card. She then dealt a card to the button and then back to me and showed the burn card to the whole table. I've seen this a thousand a times...are you seriously mentally ill or just a total cuck? |

i've spent more hours on tables than i care to admit and ANY TIME a card is exposed the dealer right away calls a misdeal. i'm not going to spend my time arguing over something so stupid. there are more holes in your story that i can expose but the fact is it would never have gotten that far to begin with. now stop the fucking lying man, its becoming obvious your poker experience hasnt graduated past facebook poker. |

You're full of fucking shit. It's only a misdeal if it's the first card to the small blind dealt that is exposed. Holy fucking shit you've NEVER played poker and you're totally lying. Bet me right now cuck :1orglaugh:1orglaugh |

you have an ACR or bovada/ignition account? what's your screen name? |

The small blind has everything to do with it you MORON. Did you know that the small blind receives the first card? If that card is dealt face up then it's a misdeal and a re-shuffle...not me, as it was my second card on the cutoff. It's a 1-2 cash game no limit hold'em, goldfish Either bet me $1,000 or don't ever post here again |

What is a misdeal? A misdeal is called by the dealer or the house when the initial dealing round has a deviation from the standard procedure that can affect the outcome of the hand. https://learn.pokernews.com/news/201...deals-2573.htm now stop lying, and you didnt answer, what's your bovada screen name? |

Post this issue at poker forum and it will be resolved who was correct :)
Ps: I have no steak, but as for small blind exception - maybe because that means no other cards has been dealt so it is easy to cancel the whole dealing and start from scratch, while if some cards are already correctly dealt it is not so "cool" to take back those cards and maybe anger the players who were happy with what they already been dealt. Ahgain, just a random thought, not claiming anything. |

This from the WSOP rules: "Exposed cards are dealt with on a situational basis, as stated in the rules of the specific variation of poker. When a card is exposed by the fault of the dealer, the rules of the game apply, and the player does not get a say in keeping or rejecting the card. Any card shown to one or more other players by the dealer is considered an exposed card, as is any card that is dealt off the table. However, if a card is unintentionally exposed by the player, they must still be played." As for the rest of his hand account, I find no irregularities with it. |

What did i lie about?

I've played poker the last three nights. It's not a misdeal if the dealer accidentally flips a card. It's then a burn card. A misdeal is if they deal to the wrong person.
