Any IOS APP Developer? I dont get it as to why
 

My indian programmer, I sent him a high res image, that is retina compliant

using 320 x 568 with 326PPI

and he cant fucking make it the same quality as the PSD? What fucking gives?

Handling images is more of a designer/artist chore, rather than a programming chore.

Yeah, but converting images still isn't a programming chore. Photoshop is not one of a programmers normal tool, at least it isn't one of mine (although I have an old copy that I use for my own stuff).

Projects I do, the designers are responsible for all the images unless of course the image is an output of the program meaning I have image handling, gdimages or ffmpeg or some such, as part of the program flow.

Again, all imho, if your programming guy does images then that's cool too.

you probably need to give him 640x1136 instead (the actual resolution of the iphone 5s screen), pretty odd that he didn't notice that obvious detail though... :thumbsup
