I was an organ donor until I started drinking lots and have heard stories similar to your fear.

Besides, you can still donate once you´re dead, you don´t need to have a donor card. You put that in your will or let loved ones know, is what both my partner & I want :thumbsup

I am an organ donor. If I get to the point where I'm all smashed, with limbs cut off and my brain half scattered on the street, and they have to try to put me back together, I rather they don't try too hard. I don't want to live crippled and screwed. I'd rather die and let someone else enjoy my organs.
