Payoneer/Firstchoice Nightmare
 
I have been a member of this forum for many years, and have never used it for this type of post, but I'm curious if anyone else is having issues with Payoneer/Firstchoice, and the changes they are making.

We have been having nothing but issues trying to get funds sent through them, even though we were assured that the name change would have no effect. We have tried to contact them through phone, no answer, Live Chat, no luck, email, they responded asking for info which we provided and we wait and wait, and wait!!!!

At this point I'm going to suggest another change in name to LastChoicePay!!!!

I just emailed Dan about my problem as well, I have been with Payoneer like 7-8 years never had an issue, since the migration to FC a nightmare as well, all my payments on hold, I event sent yesterday my birth certificate!! (per their request). I hope this is the final step and have everything resolved, I let you know

We even got assurances from them prior to the migration telling us not to worry, we were good. I guess when they said don't worry, we should have worried!

no problems here apart from the extra day of transfer it takes, since the change...

Are you using a Firstchoice acct to send money or still using Payoneer acct? We were told that we did not have to migrate away from using our Payoneer.

I've been with payoneer forever and ever, now after this firstchoice thingie they want me to resend verfication, wtf does payoneer need me to reverify for, dumbasses...

Honestly, I'm not a fan of e-wallets, I prefer sponsors who give checks or at worst wires.

Anyhow the way I understand it, is Payoneer is now going to serve mainstream or non-adult transactions and FirstChoicePay will be for transactions relating to adult. If you were told you didn't have to migrate from Payoneer I'm guessing you aren't doing any adult on the account? If you are then maybe you got the wrong information and need to use FirstChoice.

I think by separating the two they reduce their risk in some ways. Also you can just call them , they have a number.

They are aware of our business and their response to us was that they were moving high risk clients to Firstchoice and that we would be fine.

I get the sense that they did not plan this out too well and not everyone there is not on the same page.

Get rid of any First Choice based cards, order new Payoneer cards. Done.
I had a AVN First Choice Payoneer card, then after the change payments started bouncing, except ACH. So I got a new Payoneer card, activated it and now its working ok.

We were with Payoneer and had a smooth transfer, now I log into my firstchoice account with the same payoneer details

Update: I just talked to Fabio from FC on Live Chat and said many of us got an email from them saying new cards were on the mail but we shouldn't have gotten those mails in the first place, those with recent payoneer cards like mine will be fine with this, so if you have a recent card from 2016 you wont get another one for a while

I used the live chat feature and a guy named Fabio helped me to resolve the issue, my card now works but I cant withdraw over $500, I dunno why... is there a daily limit withdrawl with Firstchoice?

We finally received response from their support but it was very vague and led to more questions. So another email and wait!

Our issue is not taking money out, its paying affiliates. Some are able to verify the token, some aren't.

In my case Payoneer automatically issued and shipped a new card.

oh shit, Dan check your email again, someone from approval dept is requesting more stuff... I thought my issue was resolved fully yesterday! my account was reactivated yesterday but it looks limited again today... hope its a misunderstanding

why do you guys wait until it's too late and keep hoping this will get resolved fast. STOP immediately using them when they are late or miss ONE payment. That is the rule. If a network or sponsor cannot pay via ACH, WIRE, or Paypal as last resort, even paxum as last last resort. Don't use them.
