Ivanka Trump has a security clearance?

No official position in the US Government, not being paid, has security clearance, an office in the White House, and "government-provided communication devices".

This just gets better and better.

Without actually knowing, I suspect that it is a low security clearance. Enough for her to leave and enter the White House at will I would think is about it. You may of had a low security clearance when you were in the Corp. I think Classified is the lowest clearance.

OneHungLo 03-21-2017 12:05 PM

It's perfectly legal. He can hire who he wants to advise him. Plus she's probably just getting her beak wet since she'll be taking over in 2024 :1orglaugh:1orglaugh

Joshua G 03-21-2017 12:10 PM

sad. isn't it too bad the better candidate believed her bullshit polls & half-assed the last 45 days of the campaign?

too bad, so sad!

Well it seemed like a good idea at the time -

jsmih 03-21-2017 12:49 PM

Since she's apparently a stabilizing influence on Trump, this is probably a good thing.

Ivanka is going to be the first female president down the road. So you better get used to her.

Holy shit.... We finally agreed on something.

marlboroack 03-21-2017 03:14 PM

She's the presidents wife

kane 03-21-2017 03:32 PM

Honestly, she seems to be one of the few people who can keep Trump grounded and talk him down when he is pissed off. I think having her around on a daily basis will actually be a good thing.

You do realize you don't have to be a government official/employee to get security clearance, right?

Trump and wrong go together like peanut butter and jelly. Pretty much everything that shitstain says is wrong, and now he's operating in a realm that won't bend over for him when he lies -- like he has done ever since he squirted out his momma's rancid crotch and had a silver spoon stuck up his ass. Lying and deceiving has gotten him this far, because it's obvious his business acumen is a sham.

Of course. Pretty much everything ever designed for the US military is designed by private companies. I am sure Howard Hughes had a security clearance.

My dad had it and he worked for the phone company.

No reason to get flustered.

Bladewire 03-21-2017 11:14 PM

Trump lied about not trying to get her security clearance.

Trump lied about the news stories reporting the scoop as "fake news"

2 lies in one tweet

I love it when you post proof of your incessant lies.

I see what you did there, "top level security clearance" and "security clearance" merged.

So did any of them get top level security clearance, yes or no ?

8pt-buck 03-22-2017 03:23 PM

Ivanka had security clearance the moment she turned 18.

It just doesn't make any sense to me. None of these people seem to have any political experience at all. I mean, she sells clothes and shoes - and in the process rips off the designs of other companies.

Seriously, what can she bring to the White House?

She needs a security clearance to come and go at her will to the White House. I am pretty sure that she does not have a clearance above that level, which is probably a clearance not above the level of Classified. You may of held a Classified clearance level when you were in the Marines, but from what you have said about your duties, I doubt it.

are you totally blind to how the experienced class has run things these past 30 years?

you're so stupid, you fail to see trump created a message that was unique to all candidates. build the wall, america first, beat 17 establishment candidates with that simple edict.

at least you admit that you are ignorant. just stick to Washington post & stay stupid.

Government experience and security clearance have nothing to do with each other
