Why is called a "Blow" job?
 

There isn't any blowing going on, so who started calling it a blow job?

Shouldn't it be called a "suck job" ?

Slightly off topic, when I was in school, a lot of kids thought a screw or screwing was because the man got on top the woman, put his penis in her vagina, and then the both moved round in opposite, circular directions, hence the term 'screw'...
