To be honest, I don't even remember the script in details. He has dated some girl, as far as I remember and it was too boring (used to call this sort of movies a pink snot). I really don't remember he had a hassle with Russians there. The only action scene I remember is when his co-pilot has died because the US catapulting systems suck a big time ;)

BTW, Rambo was a real dramatic movie. I liked it. Rambo II and Rambo III were pure comedies. Rambo IV... I don't even remember what it was about. The only picture which stands in my mind is how John stands being a big machine gun and grinds millions of bad guys into chopped meat somewhere in South America... or it was Asia again... I'm always forgetting the stupid and boring movies almost just immediately.

Yes, it's great and I also love the book (read it before I saw the movie), but it's not something the kids may fully understand IMHO.

Ну а как же тот ужастик, в котором всех потрошил ледибой с огромным йенгом? "Патайская транс-резня хренопилой" вроде назывался. Годнота или очередной малобюджетный говнофильм от Джейсона?

Matt-ADX 03-27-2017 06:47 AM

Surprised no mention of Robert Redford and ''The Sting'' one of my faves.

A Soviet blockbuster from the early 80's:

Good Russian marines vs bad American mercenaries at some uninhabited island in Pacific to stop the nuclear war :) I liked it when I was 10 year old :)
