Man, I don't know if I should cry or laugh. Good to e-meet the guy behind filefap here. But given the number of DMCA filings you probably received till date, I don't think your product is a good fit on this from.
This is based on my short stay here but I maybe wrong (not about the DMCA complaints. I know abt them very well).

QuietPhantom good to e meet you also, before i go any further i would like to add that only the domain name is for sale. The 3 million image and video uploads are no longer on the internet or held on a server.

I assume you somehow know how many DMCA reports where recieved during the time the domain was active is a image and tube site, as you don't it averaged 3 per week over 9 years many of which where the same people. All of which where dealt with promptly and automatically removed from being viewed on being reported.

As is the case with user generated content DMCA reports are part and parcel of such a website.

If anyone else has questions more than happy to answer.

Just to clarify only the domain name is for sale, sensible offers please guys, am selling as i no longer have the time to develop and maintain the custom script and a also due to a change in career.

Would work great as a tube / image hoster or possibly a cam site, aged domain with loads of direct traffic.
