Relic. You know shit all about anything except them videohame things.
I don't expect you know anything about Bitcoin. Next you will be trying to tell me about the hard fork and how the value will go to $0 in a matter of months if it happens.

If I were to invest into BTC at this moment, I would turtle in.
Instead of dropping $x all at once, buy $y amount every z days.
But when it comes to investing, don't listen to anyone except yourself.

good luck. :thumbsup

Tastyworks is the #1 broker for active traders.

this is for the past year, it was down at $400 at the same time last year. You should have bought in January when I said to buy, it was at about $700

Whatever you do, don't take advice from someone who just learned what bitcoin even was.

I bought last year at $447 and nearly tripled my BTC holdings from betting on MMA & boxing, so I'm quite happy with the price as of recently.

Which site you use that lets you bet/receive bitcoins Jim?

Many of the most popular established sportsbooks like 5Dimes or Bovada let you deposit BTC, then convert it immediately and let you bet in fiat currency like dollars and then convert again to BTC when you withdraw for the convenience of the transfers. And still other newer sportsbooks like NitrogenSports or DirectBet only take bets and pay out as BTC exclusively.

ruff 03-28-2017 09:31 PM

I've been buying BTC and will continue to buy.

jscott 03-29-2017 02:09 AM

it will reach 1k again, i make swings or buys/sells kinda like a diet, force self to be patient, like... now it's $1038, it will reach 1000, and will reach 1100.... maybe tomorrow or maybe next year. But i force to wait, only buy at 1000, set buy order for that (bitstamp/gemini/etc you can do that), also i put sells at high amounts, in case it has a wierd skyrocket :)

It doesn't look like BTC is going to fork. Price will stabilize and continue to climb. Would buy now, that way, when it reaches 2k, you will feel like a wiener.

I bought my first bitcoin in 2013 when it was about $240 and have bought and spent a little here and there since.
Just wondered if others thought now was a good time to buy is all.
