Anyone paying out Vendors via PayPal

Is there still a risk, that they close your PayPal Account, when you are paying out vendors on an adult site via Paypal? Would be nice to know, how you handle it :)

We payout our publishers by Paypal. I explicitly asked Paypal, and they are ok with B2B adult payouts.
