Trump's campaign was buying profile data pulled from Facebook users friend's lists with out user consent. The company doing this was of course associated with Steve Banon and Trump's campaign was writing them lots of checks..

They are saying it was at least 50 million profiles taken with out user consent.

I just purchased a small wackload slew of facebook profiles. They might be someone's account or they might be fake accounts and to be honest I don't really care. The reason is as far as I'm concerned social media accounts aren't real to begin with.
