CAMGASM: Mobile Not Tracked (not shared by desktop version)
 

From my testing, Camgasm, Chaturbate's latest project isn't sharing the same cookie for mobile and desktop.

Can someone please confirm?

All you have to do is apply the same fix as chaturbate's mobile issue.

No it's not affected, but I'm hoping to be properly compensated if I send traffic that converts. :)

No problem. I want to work with them, so I did send them an email too. So if they take action it would help.

Also several webmasters are upset about the 10% commission level. My recommendation is to make it at least 20% like Chaturbate. That's just my opinion and that's all it is.

they probably feel it evens out, since Camgasm is more of a 'strip-tease' type site...which encourages more deposits for nudes.

still, I agree...seems pretty conservative.

Nobody wants their models. Low quality cams are the majority. They need to learn to sell themselves better too. Again my opinion. :)

All purchases made by referred users, whether on desktop or mobile, have always been tracked correctly on both Camgasm and Chaturbate. It?s important to note that we?ve never implemented a mobile-friendly version of Camgasm, so there?s never been a redirect similar to what was observed over on CB. Moreover, just to reiterate, even with the redirect on CB prior to the most recent cookie change, we never redirected affiliate traffic, so again no sales tracking was ever lost on CB.
