Senior Conservative MPs are demanding Theresa May impose a five-year ban on unskilled immigrant visas, arguing the focus should be on young, unemployed UK citizens.

It's cheaper for a company to import an experienced worker with a family to support than employ a youngster and train him. The problem is the youngster goes on the dole and the long term predictions are it creates a culture of people being unemployed.

There's a lot of evidence of Second Generations of unemployed. Third Generation is coming, it's too early as that would take us back to the 50s when jobs were in plentiful supply.

Europe overall is doing better, because many Europeans have the opportunity to move and put other people out of a job. The result of mass migration to please employers and make them wealthier. It has nothing to do with Socialism.

There are loads of jobs that Brits would do if paid a proper wage. As for fruit picking, have you heard of the Automated Fruit Picking technology? Do some research.

The reason Brits and Americans won't do those jobs is the wages. For every fruit picker, there are dozens of people working in coffee houses, petrol stations, hotels, etc. For minimum wage and on the government benefits roll. Wake up to reality this is to make the rich richer and nothing else.
