The Fling.com banner currently at the top of the GFY.com page with the play button and plays with a gorilla.. who can make this? Price?

There are tons of good companies or individuals here that can do that. When they read this, they will respond.

I can do it html5/css3 responsive and cross browser compatible.

I don't see it but I wouldn't recommend flash banners in this day and age :)
