I've been in the same shoes for some time but finally I was able to get a reply. Just because I love you I checked my conversations and found the following:

In late 2015 a rep called "Adam" suggested me to use the email above. I used it and got no reply.
Several months later I tried to make Adam reply again bu sending him this thread:

But he did not reply.
