Paxum Card Downtime 24th April 2017 & APP Release
 

Paxum is happy to announce the impending release of Android and iOS APPS for their global ewallet payment service.

Subsequent to recent server maintenance conducted on Sunday, April 23rd 2017, Paxum clients will temporarily be unable to access Paxum card balances, and transfers to the Paxum Payroll Card will be unavailable for approximately 24 hours after server maintenance is completed.

During this time the Paxum site is being prepped for the release of both Android and iOS APPS for clients.

We sincerely apologize for any inconvenience caused to our valued customers while we prepare the Paxum system to make both APPS publicly available.

Please note, the Paxum Payroll Card is still functioning normally for ATM withdrawals and POS purchases.

We appreciate your patience and understanding while we make these improvements.

What about instant payments ? I have problem, could anyone help me with it?

The APP is not yet released, we had to make some updates to the system to complete testing of the APP. It should be released within the next week or two. We need to finish testing both Android and iOS APPS now the site updates have been completed. We will definitely be making an announcement when the APPS are live and available for download!
